• Responsible for the sales of company products in the assigned region and local team management.
Responsible for regional business development and management: establish measurable objectives for meeting booking, billing and POS goals and drive the execution; develop the relationship with key accounts and coordinate design activities across regions
• Build up teamwork in regional team, and lead the team to beat the sales and DW quota
• Keep good communication with internal team and get the necessary support to achieve business target.
Responsibility and Requirement
• 8+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor or related electronics distribution industry, . Sales experience in Touch、Fingerprint Sensor is preferred.
• Results driven style, and work independently. Must demonstrate excellent multi-tasking and time management skills, proactive customer support attitude, and sound negotiation skills
• Excellent problem solving, presentation, communication and business analysis skills.
• Willing to travel frequently within Japan.
• Prior team management experience is preferred.
